2024 East Hampton
Turkey Plunge
Over the years, the needs of East Hampton's citizens have grown at an alarming pace. Some of our neighbors have lost their jobs, experienced medical conditions, or have experienced other situations which have made it difficult to provide for themselves and their families. Many of these neighbors have needed to turn to the East Hampton Food Bank to assist them during these difficult times.

With this need in mind, the Turkey Plunge was "hatched". The Crean family, while enjoying the earth's bounty and marveling at the wonder of Lake Pocotopaug, brainstormed about how to help those facing misfortune. They decided to combine East Hampton's two most precious resources, the people of East Hampton and the lake, in an event that will raise funds for the Food Bank and bring the community together. The East Hampton Rotary Club and EHHS Interact Club are continuing their mission to bring the community together to help local residents struggling with food insecurity.

No East Hampton family should do without as so many of us are blessed with health, food, family and friends. Let's share the wealth, one plunge at a time!
